Sibiu - the European Capital of Culture 2007!!!!

Where shall i start? let's try the main town square - The "Large Square".

I was so fascinated with the buildings. Sibiu really has got character! I love the old walls, the wooden windows, the nicely tiled roofs wif intricate patterns, and the "eye-lids" on the roofs!

The pics in the collage above of a staircase (one going up and the other going down) is the "Stairs Passage" (Pasajul Scarilor) connecting the lower town with the upper town.
